Anne Luxton has been an artist for many years. The first show she was in was at the Oakville Art Gallery, in about 1986 or 1987.
Anne finds that nature is the subject she enjoyed working with. She has evolved from textile art to painting with oil and watercolour. Her pieces have ranged in size from 2×3 inches to 30×40 inches.
Anne’s work hangs in private and public galleries and she has been in the Grand Bend Studio tour for 10 years,. Her work can be seen in Baillie’s Picture Framing all year round and her home studio in Elora. You can find her cards in the wool shop in Elora and Baillie’s in Grand Bend. Anne continues to take water colour painting courses in Fergus.
Anne will be exhibiting her artwork at Baillie’s Picture Framing in Grand Bend during the studio tour.
