Parkhill Carnegie Gallery

About me

Parkhill Carnegie Gallery is a local heritage building at 233 Parkhill Main St. Built in 1914, it served for many years as the Public Library and is now a centre for Arts & Culture. The upper level of this renovated building is the Art Gallery, currently featuring work from 12 local artisans. These works are all for sale and include painting, photography, weaving, fibre art, glasswork and woodwork.

The Gallery holds monthly Sunday afternoon concerts in the upper Gallery. We also hold twice monthly Ukulele classes, with our in-house group “The Carnegie Crackers”.

The lower level of the Gallery is for rent and is a great place to hold workshops, meetings or teach a class. Our Drop-In group meets weekly on Thursday afternoons to work on projects and enjoy some social time. The Gallery is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday during the summer months. Please come and check out our beautiful building and unique artwork.
